Domaine Albert Mann is a union of two large families of vine growers. The Albert Mann family has been growing wine since the beginning of the 17th century and Barthelmé, the current owners since 1654. Today, two brothers Maurice and Jacky Barthelme with their wives Marie-Claire and Marie-Thérèse run a family estate. In 2012, they became the first Alsace winery with a prestigious title the winery of the year by magazine La Revue du Vins de France. Domaine Mittnacht Freres Two cousins ​​grow their vines with respect to the environment for many years. There are no synthetic products in their vineyard. They have great respect for the natural cycle of vines, soil, and harvest. Sorting is fully manual with minimal intervention in the cellar and without the use of oenological products (except for minimum sulfur). This philosophy naturally led them to engage their vineyards in organic and biodynamic agriculture since 1999.
