Iconic winemaker Dominique Hauvette creates a unique wine on 17 hectares biodynamic vineyard in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. She has been using concrete eggs for winemaking since 2000. Her wines alongside Trévallon, Tempier or Vieux Télégraphe will create an exceptional experience. Also, one does not get to taste wine from legendary wineries Chateau Pradeaux and Domaine du Gros’Noré every day.
